Provide Sales Crew with the required Brand & Product knowledge through a detailed Crew Sales Guide. Conduct sales awareness programmes amongst Crew members. Make aware the Cabin Crew regarding onboard passenger promotions such as “Seasonal & Festive season promotions” to drive sales further. Provide training materials to conduct product training programmes quarterly to coincide with the onboard programme change to familiarize the Cabin Crew with the refreshed product range and promotions.
